I have one doubt, we are creating this component as a reusable component but we have hard coded the structure of the form state in the MultiStepForm. In future if the number of pages change or structure of the form change we will need to change the implementation in the MultiStepForm component. I think we should find a way to out source the initial structure of our form state to the parent component of MultiStepForm component.
