Exactly the lesson a singer must learn! Thank you beloved Brother Justin for all your amazing lessons all the years you have been offering us with such unconditional love and affection. You have this 'fatherly' care for all the singers of the world :) By the way you look so so lovely - great to see you enjoying some food. Makes me hungry too although I am fasting ;)
A great thanks to beloved New York Vocal Coaching for this beautiful video.

I have watched this one just when it was released but unfortunately I was struggling amidst some rushes so I'm late to response. My apologies. Know that I do love all your works and support them with all my heart.

Ha, this was SO GOOD! Great points and lots of laughs. Thank yoooou! (Wow; I'm first?!? Cool.) Hey here's a vocal choice I struggle with: Do I sing what my voice sounds naturally good at (old piano bar torch songs, which I don't mind...), or do I pursue what I "think" I want (Pop) and struggle constantly to achieve it? Seems like a simple answer, but... :)

Hi justin, i have one simple question yet MAJOR issue for me... I sing more to Bon Jovi's songs... whenever i sing without mic, i can hit those high notes (B4, C5, D5, or even E5) effortlessly yet powerful... But whenever i use mic (perform on the stage, practice in the studio with friends, or even karaoke by myself), i can't hit those high notes as i used to be able to sing.. (or not even higher than i used to able to sing actually, like just a simple G4, or even F4), it's like i apply wrong technique subconsciously and automatically that makes my voice cracks, hoarse, and my neck is very tense and strained... and i can't find the reason why... it's not about because i haven't got used of listen to my own voice.. The fact is that i always and often record my voice while i'm singing, and listen to that recording after, to double check mistakes i might have... so i've got used of listening to my own "real" voice... Do you have any idea about this? Any tips help... Thank's a lot.. Hope your day goes well..

Can an expert vocalist give me a quick advice if possible please! Any one knows what causes vocal fry/ scratchy voice after only a couple of hours singing ? Is it because the vocal cords get tired or what ? My voice literally gets scratchy and loses the purity after couple of hours singing ... any helpful advice out there ? Thank you.

Good advice but ....I used to work in Manhattan. I will skip the street dogs! Now, street tacos? Oh, yeah!

The Shawarma carts the worst. Some of them offer fresh sewer rat that was caught beneath the streets of Manhattan!
