When the Godot 3.1 version finally comes out? Or it will release another alpha or beta version before the final one?

Hi, I'm new to Godot, to game development as a whole. I created a simple platformer game and exported it in android. Unfortunately, even though the game worked as it supposed to, the sound "crackles". Being a music producer, I know that the main reason for it must be because of CPU overload, which made me question more. I played the same sound in my player in android and there are no crackles and I have fewer apps on my phone, fewer images, and videos. Or maybe it's because of a mix rate? The rate in Project Settings in Godot and my system is already the same. Or is there any way to change the (audio) driver in Godot, the default is WASAPI?

Hey, for good Open-Source Sound processing calfStudio plugins ;) btw, i watch a lot of your videos, nice work ! (really helpfull, i am a Engineer Student in Computer Science, and it helps to fasten the learning time for this beautiful GameEngine that i fell in love with during my free time)

EDIT: 52:25 Ah, well there we go.

Godot's audio is the only thing in this engine that kinda baffles me. Lotta weird design choices here.
There _needs_ to be a wet/dry send option, or at least routing to multiple busses.
