Sir this is very much informative and useful for, thanks for pick my question for wide explain. Yes my matter is about frequent transfer ( more than 8 times in year, underposting only) and no nature of duties mentioned. My post designation and it's requires qualifications are different. So it is very difficult to us, nature of duties sometimes as per designation and sometimes as per Qualifiaction.
