Some items like cloaks, belts, could have some quicker item use slots, for pots, grenades etc, could be tailored/leatherworked, else it would have longer cast to dig from bags

Notice how EVERY major character and NPC in WoW are now WOMEN? The men simply sit in the back ground talking about how bad things are.

Some ore and herbs could be sometimes found somewhere, some amount from some spawns and be very rare to find from nodes, but all stuff could be found anywhere, could change per seasons, chests could have very rare stuff aswell
