Snow Crash 03 QR code WiFi Attack

This video is part of my final project for 4th year at IT Carlow.

In this video I am conducting an attack that involves setting up a wireless access point on Kali Linux using WiFi Pumpkin. This fake wireless network can be logged into using a QR code. The hardware I used was an old Toshiba laptop running Kali, an AWUS036ACH wireless adapter, wifipumpkin3 and an Android phone.

This kind of attack would ideally be run in a large public place with a lot of footfall such as a university or airport. In this version I ran a simple captive portal but there are numerous ways in which this attack could be modified.

Apologies for the low quality and pacing of the videos. I only have so many minutes for my project demonstration and I put these together fairly rapidly in my last week before the deadline.
