Statins and You - Ukrainian with subtitles

This is a video, with subtitles, that describes what cholesterol is, the problems high levels may cause, and the lifestyle changes you can make to lower your cholesterol. It also talks about taking statins, if lifestyle changes don't work alone. There is also a version with sound and a voiceover available in this playlist.
