One-Year PCT Anniversary!

Celebrating one year since crossing into Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail. Nick and I eat trail foods and catch up with trail friends. We also share a glimpse into a little trip to New Plymouth, New Zealand.

Delightful update. Thanks for checking in. It’s insane here in the U.S. We moved to Oregon last September and had a lovely fall, some light snow, bought a big ass house, and we’ve spent the entire lockdown renovating it. So many projects that kept us busy from morning til night. The hubs built me a raised garden for vegetables and herbs, which kept me busy babysitting tomatoes, beets, Swiss chard etc, then canning, pickling, freezing and making jam from our fruit trees!!! Grateful we have gotten through this nasty virus healthy, wearing masks, staying away from crowds, staying out of crowded spaces. Cheers and best wishes!
