What are the adjustments made for disabled people? Are they given more support before they need to find accessible units or live in a more expensive area close to medical providers? I can't find anyone to explain the utility allowances. No one from the housing navigators to HACLA customer service can explain it. They just say find a unit and don't worry about it. I have to factor these things into my budget. Do I live further from my medical team because I can't afford to pay for water in the apt nearby or is HACLA adjusting my rent portion to make it affordable? No one knows!!

Theirs definitely corruption in some hacla employees my building in parthenia place is full of corrupted employees and tenants we've been persecuted and harrased since the moment we moved in I feel that instead of helping people out of the streets they focused how to get you homeless again finding and making false accusations theirs 3 disabled people in my family we are tired of all the continued attacks against us and gone as far as having tenants doing criminal activities against us and corrupted landlord working with criminals to attack us theirs no justice this hacla employees and tenants have completely broken the laws in every way possible and nothing is being done to stop them they got a fake lawsuit going on and since we ain't getting involved in their corrupted ways they are trying to get rid of us and LA County officials ain't Doing nothing to stop this criminal conspiracy against my family parthenia place is where all this criminal corrupted abusive situation is taking place taking advantage of our disabilities I'm fighting for justice for me my wife and my 5children I hope god hears my prayer's we are tired of all this abuses
