In 1912, Annette Abbott Adams became one of the first women to pass the bar in California - 8 years before the 19th Amendment was ratified. She would later go on to become the first female Assistant Attorney General. In short, she was a legal trailblazer and she slapped.

Another interesting history video. Its amazing to see how far we've come as a society thanks to pioneers like Annette Adams. That said, we still have a long way to go, including over here in the UK.

Wouldn't judging cases as either conforming to or being in breach of the law be the same if you were man or woman, black or white? What merit does diversity hold when there's only one law?
