Ackman's a fascinating investor. He's definitely not afraid to take big swings, and his track record shows it. He's crushed it with some investments, but there have definitely been some rough patches too. One thing's for sure though, his boldness and focus on the long game will likely land him a spot among the investing greats.

That was a great answer. When you have enough money to survive, volatility won't affect you that much. Business need time to grow and solidify. Now I will watch the whole interview.

Great Interview! I'm not really interested in investments, stocks, finance, etc., but this was a very captivating conversation.

In a world increasingly concerned with sustainability and social responsibility, how should investors reconcile the pursuit of financial gains with the impact of their investments on society and the environment? Ackman's approach, focusing on personal resilience and informed decision-making, skirts the pressing issue of ethical investing. It's a reminder that financial wisdom must evolve to address not just individual success, but also its broader implications on global challenges.

Thoroughly enjoyed this discussion! It's fascinating to see Bill Ackman's perspective on investing. He indeed takes bold bets, which has been instrumental in his remarkable success. While he's had his share of significant mistakes, these experiences seem to have only honed his investment strategies and decision-making skills. His ability to navigate through various market conditions is a testament to his acumen. I believe he will be remembered as an investment legend, someone who wasn't afraid to make big moves and learned from every outcome, good or bad. His journey offers valuable insights for anyone interested in the psychology of investing.

What doesn’t get talked about enough is the different kind of education women get regarding money vs men. Men are taught to take risks and invest. Go big. Women are taught to budget, cut back and save. I’d love to see more women investors.
Btw, this is not a man bad women good comment. Just throwing that out there.
