How to cook fresh tuna fillet with pistachio crust
Ingredients for 2-3 persons
300 g of fresh tuna fillet
50 g of pistachio crumbs
1 kg of potatoes
thyme leaves
salvia leaves
rosemary leaves
black salt
black pepper
1 piece of garlic
our „best friend“ (extra virgin olive oil)

This is a very sophisticated - and at the same time – rather easy & delicious dish, which will always impress guests: fresh tuna fillet with a nice pistachio crust, together with oven roasted rosemary potatoes as side dish. The preparation is quite simple, but there are a few important timings to consider, so please watch the full video to understand the cooking process.
