1:11:00 "being in person is so important!" - say the guys doing a podcast remotely. Why didn't you guys come to the office and do this pod in a room? The hypocrisy of upper mgmt and their expectations of other workers is unreal. NO ONE is emotionally invested in their jobs anymore, corporations have shown with mass layoffs that we're all expendable and performance doesn't matter, meanwhile the board and CEOs always get massive raises regardless of their performance. CEO f***ks up? Mass layoffs for everyone! As a collective, all workers are rebelling and have checked out, being overemployed and remote working is how we're going to take care of ourselves. My net worth has gone from $800k to $3MM in 4 years with OE. This is the way.

Someone please introduce Jason to Slack/Discord and pair programming. The man is stuck in the 90s.
