I think the ice cream fruit roll ups aren’t safe for braces is because the original fruit rollup product is really sticky and can cause cavities and issue was frozen at times the fruit rollup would be really crunchy and you can break a bracket.

the brackets shouldn’t been this fragile. the person i know with braces eats fruit roll ups, and candy, and they never bave broken a bracket.

Actually good for your braces one the ice cream you can get out of a spoon and a fruit roll-up you can crushed with a mallet and then put the vanilla ice cream and the crushed up grown up😊
