I had an exact win like ambush vs str8 rippin but in halo infinite. We were down 37-47 on pit slayer, and we just kept spawn trapping to win 50-49. Team’s hype was unreal.

IIRC that Ambush vs Str8 series from WR3 of MLG Orlando '08 also had someone in the crowd turning off TVs or console on mainstage which caused games to be replayed. I remember Pucket or Sundance threatening to tickle the person's kneecaps or something if they caught them. Here is the game 5 VOD in case anyone is interested in watching:


Also, no mention of Carbon's reverse 5-1 on Agency from early '07 should be a sin.

Carbon Dallas 2009 I think. They were down 4-0 to str8 ripping on Heretic (midship) flag. And won the game. Naded was epic at this event. My favorite team of all time. Shockwave, Ghostayame, Walshy, and Naded. 3 amazing halo minds, and objective players, with an unbelievable sniper in his prime. The best.

oddly enough I actually agree with these three being the best comebacks in Halo history -- the H5 Worlds comeback was arguably the most impressive because it led to Allegiance winning $500k, so the stakes were highest there
