I love how much personality this gives the mimic, his lore makes him out to be nothing more than a robot copying cruel actions that were done to him without understanding that they're bad, but this makes it seem more like he knows *exactly* what he's doing, and he's loving every second of it, a true showman!

This makes me love the Mimic as a villain- I still thought it was alright as just "copying some really bad shit mindlessly" because that was interesting, but the way you animate it here makes it feel more conscious and aware of its actions, and like it's loving every second of it

I've realized something, Mimic's pupiles bacame smaller after Edwin beated him up, like a way to represent his anger or trauma

good animation! do the B-7 scene where Billy goes from being a child to a robot with black pupils (as they say in the story) and with an animatronic appearance (endo) and then he regrets it and is in the compactor and closes his eyes and cry (as it is said in the story)
