Wonderful!!!! I loved the chicken. 😁 I've had a prolapse for 32 years and I love your work. I am sending this to all 5 of my daughters in hopes that they will not have the struggles that I've had. 🙂

Excellent info!! I really never heard of prolapse until I started having hypertonic pelvic floor. I'm seeing a PT weekly and recently I had a really bad flare that sent me to the doctor thinking I had a uti, even though all cultures are negative, so I started doing your pelvic release videos and it got me feeling 90% better over a few days of doing them! I give God all the glory and thank Him for you supplying all this info to help many people get their lives back again. God bless you and I will continue to do those stretches daily and look out for more helpful videos like this 💚

Wonderful, informative video. I grew up in the 1950s when young girls were made to wear girdles if they had any belly at all! I've never had children but did develop a cystocele in my 60s. I'm sure it started with that girdle! I'm so glad that young women now have access to all of this information and that it is being talked about so openly. Thanks for all of your great work and videos.

I am a women's health physiotherapist and i enjoy watching your videos because they are clear and simple .... the reason for the increase in women's incidence of pelvic organ prolaps compared to men is due to the increase in normal laxety during the period of the menstrual cycle

Thank you for the great video. Can you do a video on safe exercise to do. I workout a lot I like to do squats and abdominal workouts (not just situps or crunches) however my mother, 2 aunts, and grandma have prolapse and I was told by a urogynocologist that’s I’m at risk. I have not had any kids yet so I’m kind of nervous

I have had real bad flare ups when I wear spandex leggings..."pinching" around my waist. I always wanna look good & sexy so I wear tight, form fitting clothes. I recently realized the flare ups were caused by these tight clothes. So i bought 1 size up on all my leggings. My symptoms have already improved! and flare ups don't happen regularly!

Could you make a video of how to do the crunches to be supported from below?
I'm not sure how to safely execute that
I have a pelvic floor problem and I've probably done all of the things you've mentioned
Very helpful video !

Hi Dr Bri,

This is in regard to a friend of mine who is postpartum 8 months after the first baby who has developed a mild cystocele and minimal rectocele… She had a normal delivery without an episiotomy in lithotomy position…She didn’t focus much on pelvic floor strengthening yet and now is ready to do anything to make her pelvis go back to prepregnancy state..
With the right guidance and therapy is it possible to reverse it?
Thank you in advance
