Hey Everyone,

Today You'll be following along with Me in this amazing 8 min bosu abs + core workout. Don't worry, all you need is a bosu stability ball. These will be the best exercises that I have so far introduced onto my channel and I hope ya'll get some killer abs from these exercises within this workout. Remember it's only 8 min!! Im pretty sure all of you can handle a constant 8 min tabata workout haha.

I had not done this routine in a long time, I done it better than I expected still I' feel a little of pain in my abs now and I'm sure that I want to feeling it a lot more tomorrow

Pretty good, my first day with the bosu I couldn't do it, but the second I could do it, I thinks the first day I had to much problems with the equilibrium when I start

What move I could replace the plank with? My legs are not fully functional so I can't hold myself in that position. Definately wanna & gonna try this workout!
