John Gruden needs December juice, it's all mental for him. I've seen a pattern when December rolls around John is maxed out. That needs to change if the Raiders want playoff games.

The only thing nowadays in the soft and pro offense nfl that matters defensively is getting to the quarterback. If you run a 4-3 in today’s nfl you NEED interior pass rush

we need tougher defensive players because this team should have won 12 games this year because we have a top ten offense and our defense LOST games this year for us. our defense couldn't get near quarterbacks this season . getting clelin ferrel in the first round was a HUGE MISTAKE i still cant spell his name. there is one word to describe our defense . SOFT!

i liked that gruden put responsibility in the hands of the defense. not just for losing games for the team, but winning them too. "we gotta finish games with our defense..."
