In the trade here they say your watch is 10k but there selling it for 15, 500 and if you offer anything less they tell you they don’t need to sell so Florida just to high in no reasonable deals and people you can work with

I bought a watch from tranx jewlery a few years ago for 18, 000$ out the door, and ran into some money problems so I needed to sell it.
I took it to a pawn shop to have it appraised, thinking the deal I got was too good to be true. The pawn shop initially appraised it at 20k so I asked if they would buy it from me at that price and they explained to me an appraisal is not what they would offer... So I asked, what would you offer? And she dead ass told me 10k.... I stormed out of there and took it to another pawn shop, just to see if I really did get ripped off. the different pawn shop told me they would let me pawn it for 15k, and offered me a buy price of 17k. So I listed the damn thing on ebay as a last ditch effort for 20k and it sold within literally the same day of the listing. It was an absolutely beautiful diamond watch with rubies in the dial, I still kick myself to this day for selling it because it was one of a kind
