Tala'al-Badru 'alayna,
min thaniyyatil-Wada'
wajaba al-shukru 'alayna,
ma da'a lillahi da'

O the White Moon rose over us
From the Valley of Wada'
And we owe it to show gratefulness
Where the call is to Allah

Ayyuha al-mab'uthu fina
ji'ta bi-al-amri al-muta'
Ji'ta sharrafta al-Madinah
marhaban ya khayra da'

O you who were raised amongst us
coming with a work to be obeyed
You have brought to this city nobleness
Welcome! best call to God's way

Tala'al-Badru 'alayna,
min thaniyyatil-Wada'
wajaba al-shukru 'alayna,
ma da'a lillahi da'

this is absolutely my My father made me recite al fatiha, al nas, al falaq, al ikhas, al kursi every day when he was driving for my school! I miss that so much, and at the time i was like ..., I did not like very much, today I give thanks to God for that.I miss my dad to :( i cry every time listening the surat al maryam because it was the favorit surat of my father :( hes still in hospital, and i always put quran to him :( because he dont speak anymore, and dont walk anymore, but i pray everyday, may Allah help him.Anyway this song brings me a little of hope, and i imagine be in the place and the time that Mohammad salam wa leihim wa sallam was sing this song, with my dad.I listen this song and i imagine me and my dad on Palestine, bil ramallah, happy with all, he always said to me that he would like to return for his homeland :( I put everything in Allah hand ... If someone its reading this, always remember that We must submit to the orders of Allah, and dont be afraid.

My parents played this for me as a kid. I became atheist for over 10 years. Now I find myself back to Allah, after seeing the strength of the people of Gaza. And my heart feels soft and alive again. Sending love to all my brothers and sisters across the globe, especially for those suffering in Sudan, the Congo, China, in Pakistan, Yemen, all the refugees in Europe, and of course in Palestine 💔❤️

This is the very first nasheed in Islam ever. All others came after this. Simply because, this is the greeting song of Ansaar (Madinah People's) as Rasullallah enters to Al Madinah, very first time.

I remember when I was young and lived in Senegal. This song used to be played on the local radio. I remember my mother listening to it everyday as she was getting ready to listen to her islamic podcast. I listened today I dropped some tears.
May Allah make us one of the most pious In Sha Allah

Imagine...imagine being a child or someone on that mountain in Medina, witnessing Allah's messenger on his camel arriving and hearing this...I'd fall to my knees and cry tears of joy to be alive at that time. The happiest people to live throughout human history. Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.

I'm grateful to be a Muslim and am greatful that i was one of the people born into such a religion❤

For all the revert Muslim brothers and sisters of mine, Allah has chosen you to be one of those amongst the right choice although you weren't born to Islam you were guided towards it and I'd love to say it's a great honour having you help represent our religion in a good way. May we all meet in Jannah Tul-Firdaws in the hereafter, Ameen!

I am grateful for seeing Yusuf a full moon night ago in the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia PA USA. It's important that he continues the work he started so long ago when I was young, raising children to his songs and teachings of love and peace. It's important that we all continue the work of peace in understanding and grace.
