I still maintain that the old studio was in Luke's parents' basement, and they kicked you out once they realized that you were hanging out in their basement without their son.

That chair was only two days away from retirement and now it will never be able to walk it's daughter down the wedding aisle nor play catch with its grandchildren and never take long walks with it's loyal dog of 15 years... What's truly terrifying is how it keeps popping back into place. If I were Ellen, I'd be terrified too if my memory of accidentally breaking the chair kept getting erased and only came back after I broke it again, over and over forever...

As a mostly retired stage manager, I am surprised only one arm came off! Chair repair should really have been a part of our technical theatre program at the university I attended. Goodness knows I spent an unholy amount of time repairing furniture working in small theatres! 😆
