In this video, I share how you can get better at anything using the Kaizen method. Kaizen is a Japanese terminology for continuous improvement. It's the small steps you take that lead to big results. When you improve by one percent every day for a year, you'll get 37 times better.

You are such a motivator. It is difficult not to give up when you see no results or there are (financial) hurdles on the way. But I go on and on little by little. I believe I will be there some time.

This video is very helpful, I live with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. We have reactive brains, jumping around from one "crisis" to the next: it is exhausting! Sometimes when I look at a project or task that others may find straight-forward, I feel swamped and do not know where to begin. Of course, I see gradual improvements over time! Kaizen is a great philosophy, I will read more about it. Thank you very much!

Yes, I have been using a Total Gym since 2003 and the results of just a few sessions a week and some short sessions each day have made a huge difference. From 20kg overweight because I sat infront of 4 computer screens running an animation studio to correct weight for hight...along with healthy eating. I think all this "pre" could mean I could possible do a muscle up as you call it. As for business, just chipping away each day with a must do list, and an Important/Urgent list, an Important/not-urgent list, an Not-Important/Urgent list and an Not-Important/Not-Urgent list has helped get things heading in the right direction. Also not panicking helps...i.e. be sure I am eating foods rich in magnesium, and setting a shedule for the day/week for everything to "own" its time helps too. Thanks Aurelius, will buy you a coffee if I ever get out of Melbourne the Facist State :D
