The 3 mistakes are:
- flexed shoulders
- rigid arms
- overstriding (stepping forward with the foot instead of pushing back)

From a form perspective, the “bad” form version shows arms crossing the midline, clenched hands, and heel or mid foot striking. Did not notice the shoe change at all.

I’m a guy so I did not notice the hair difference. I saw the shoes, crunched shoulders and the missing crane next to the building. That’s still three differences!

Quick question: I keep mildly straining my Achilles tendon while running. I heal up weeks later then it happens again.

Your foot strikes need to be more mid foot and not on the mid front. Also lower your strides. I used to run cross country and did track which i was the 100m sprint and everythint over 1 mile on the track plus cross country was 5 miles middle school and 8 miles for college. I never had a team that stuck because they weren't making it without injuries.
