I can’t believe I’m agreeing with him, but I totally agree with the we’re going to pay fairly but we still want the performance. Let’s not forget good performance matters in capitalism, it’s what made America.

Most of you on here must be trolls bc nothing about this guy seems sincere. I've contemplated on private banking at chase for a while, but I've heard so many bad stories. After watching him it puts the cherry on top. I don't won't support entities that seem to have a hidden unethical agenda.

As a former Chase employee all he talked about it BS. You work for money not to be treated nicely by your boss. Besides most bosses at Chase treat their employees horribly. 9 years and 9 months got me nowhere in this company. Thank god I’m out of that hell hole.

I worked as a banker there for 10 years. We had "raises" twice and the top percentage were 3%. Every year my sales would increase and my per unit compensation would decrease. I was making over 6 figures as a top 5% performer. The companies internal politics are very woke and it creates a hostile environment, even with the best local management.
There are better places to work. JpMorgan has become nothing more than a political sword for woke Jamie.
