I know I know she's with Will but I CAN'T HELP IT. JJ always seemed so at ease with Spencer, same for him. He would open up to her, be goofy, have fun. Plus not to mention how fiercely protective they were of each other.

Edit: Because I know the reason, can't help tearing up when JJ said " No matter what happens this time, we *don't* split up."

These two were perfect for one another... J.J. always loved Reid and needed him more than Reid needed her...emotionally they were one but they never compromised their relationship with drama.... When J.J. admitted she loved Reid, that was powerful...just in how embarrassed she was while knowing she could die needing him to know... Reid never took advantage of her but J.J. let him see she was more than willing to have a real wild time with Reid.

21:12 gets me so much! The implication that JJ has faked a tell for 15 years (likely just for Spencer's sake), just so that she could finally beat him at his own game is incredible. Plus, he fell for it, implying he was really paying attention to her. ❤️🔥

I'm only on Season 6 (nearing the end, almost on Season 7) and I KNOW that a lot of people have issues with how they handled JJ and Reid's friendship and dynamic in the later seasons, but I just can't help loving them together and wanting them to be a couple. I know that JJ is with Will and I like them together to a certain extent, but I just wish that JJ and Reid would've ended up being endgame. Although tbh I do also really love how gut-wrenching it is that they both liked each other but neither of them ever made the first move and now they both live different lives and they wasted their chance - I think that it adds a layer to their friendship and makes them more complex; friends sometimes get feelings for each other and sometimes it just doesn't work out the way that people hope.

It’s like Garcia and Morgan. I love that the relationships between BAU agents are so wholesomely platonic and you never worry about romance mucking it up.
