My Tragic IIT JEE Preparation Story | Failed JEE Advanced after 3 Years of Hard Work

Показать описание
Here is my iit jee preparation story.
I got into a coaching institute called Catalyser in Indore in 10th class to clear NTSE, which was a horrible experience for me. I used to get up at 6AM, go to school, get home by 4PM, go to coaching by 4:30, and get back to home by 9PM, and would revise complete homework and have dinner from 9 to 12 AM. I had absolutely no idea of what was happening around me, and that was totally not worth it. Also, I was distracted in 10th playing games like pokemon go, clash royale and clash of clans.
Then came 11th, which I did in Delhi. Here I had a program in which my coaching teachers came to my school to teach and we didn't have to study for CBSE.
My performance went up by 11th end a lot. I was among the top 5 students in a batch of 200 students in that FIITJEE Dwarka Branch.
I got egoistic and stop working as hard. For 12th, I shifted to Mumbai and started studying there. I was not able to manage all the topics, and at the end, I managed to clear JEE Mains with 98 percentile, cleared VITEEE as was getting CS, cleared BITSAT with 330 score.
But I failed in JEE Advanced. This was the lowest moment in my life. I then decided that I am going to work harder then ever before and will make sure that the college I belong to doesn't even matter in my success.
I learned the hustle mentality and humility from IIT JEE.
So, that was my IIT JEE preparation story. Hope you learned something from this.
I had a dream of studying in India's best IITs, but now it doesn't matter much.
I too wanted to be in IIT Bombay or Delhi, but I now realize that I wasn't told the real truth about life, that college is just a stepping stone to something bigger, that is continuous learning.
