When everyone except Rat and Cat kills you it ends with a newspaper game over screen where it says that Marylin has gone missing and that no one can find her but when Rat or Cat kills you we get a newspaper about Marylin who has been found dead.
Of course others still kill you but unlike Rat and Cat they have hidden Marylin's body somewhere and no one can find her.
