YouTube still hasn't responded but I received a message from my MCN while editing this video. Looks like I'll get my song back.
But please sign the petition anyway! So many creators are getting false copyright claims. Even PewDiePie recently had one. We need to change that.

EDIT: OH! And I have spend the last few months in the studio and now have a ton of new music coming up next year.

The policy needs to also include that when a copyright claim is filed, all monetization goes into escrow awaiting resolution of any disputes.

I noticed that you could do this kind of thing over a year ago so it's kinda worrying to see it happening for real and youtube still not caring about this exploit
