You know you’ve officially arrived, when automakers are joking with you about their Dougscore. Congrats, Doug. Love seeing all the success!

God bless the editor for including the unit conversions whenever doug talks about power and weight

The fact that the company said “look we know we are going to get a low practicality Doug score” just shows how big and well known Doug really is in the Car Industry 💪🏽

Me with $100.81 in my bank account: “I’d definitely get the cupholder”

"This storage compartment can actually be custom shaped to fit a *certain* item that a car buyer might want to put in there, so...if they have some small *thing* they always know they're going to be carrying around, they can have that storage compartment tailored to fit it."

Hennessey originates in Texas. Satellites are linking up. Steam is coming out of my ears from thinking too hard. Wait a minute...he's talking about a gun. It's a gun, folks.

Any car that can make Doug sound like Marv getting electrocuted in “Home Alone” when it accelerates has to be mind blowing fast.

You know it’s gonna be a good Doug review when it’s over 40 minutes long

Hennessey: We added soft close doors cause they don't add much weight and its convenient.
Also Hennessey: We removed the rear hatch latch to save 3 pounds.

It's extremely cool to have the chance of watch almost all car guts thanks to the other F5 opened up around the garage. Thumbs up for Hennessey and Doug to show it to us!

That interior engine sound is incredible. The roar the clunk of the transmission, and the rattles. It sounds like a nascar.

27:34 That is without a doubt, a gun box. The fact that they shape it custom says it all.

Knowing that the Hennessy guys watch enough Doug to know about the practicality score says how much influence Doug has. That made me smile 😁

It really amuses me when doug wears shirts with dancing potatoes while reviewing $2mill, 1817hp cars

In all honesty I'm surprised that this car even made it into production, since after it's announcement and all its claims I just kind of stopped hearing about it and when I remembered it existed every now and again I'd look for updates and see nothing new. Then, seemingly out of nowhere they made a working model and did a 275mph run. Now after seeing this review, I'm impressed. Good job Hennessey.

That is a damn good looking car, and I *LOVE* the fact that the infotainment screen is as generic as they could possibly make it -- Apple CarPlay and/or Android Auto will essentially *be* your infotainment, and it will be updated as you upgrade your phone over the years. Very wise choices by Hennessey all the way around, in my opinion. Not to mention it sounds absolutely *AMAZING!* Kudos to them -- really, *really* impressed with this car.

I think the key fob looks more like an "F" than the headlights, especially with the placement of the unlock and lock buttons.

As a European (German) i'm happy to see the USA having a Company like Hennessey not giving up and building their own Hypercar
I know of one Hennessey Venom F5 coming here to Germany in Munich and i can't wait to see it at Car Events here in the Alps as the Owner is always bringing his Cars out to them and actually drives them each Weekend - so actually using them instead of letting them collect Dust.
Prost & Cheers from Berchtesgaden in the Bavarian Alps

Honestly, this just looks like the natural progression of the Saleen S7, and there is NOTHING wrong with that. This car looks great, not too crazy, just fast, and fun!
