Early Wednesday, one of their Falcon 9 rockets lifted off from Florida, carrying 21 satellites into orbit. But the reusable part of the rocket caught fire.

I wonder if the FAA will ground any of the other launch providers that fail to recover their first stage boosters? Oh wait, that's ALL OF THEM.

All right this just means the FAA doesn't like SpaceX at all because this is an absurd reason to ground them, that booster landing has nothing to do with a lainch, and it was obvious that the landing leg was to blame...

Grounding SpaceX over this is absurd. The mission is over when the payload deploys. Recovering the vehicle has always been gravy and never the basis for whether they can fly.

Government at its best. This makes about as much since as grounding all Boeing jets until they figure out what went wrong with Starliner. FAA is proving to be a joke.
