The Ganga Talao, Mauritius

With over 60% of population being Hindus, temples are commonplace. The biggest of them all is this area called Ganga Talao (lake) where there are few areas of worship, many idols, and a huge Shiva statue. On Maha Shivratri day, Hindus from all over Mauritius walk to this temple (quite a distance, believe me!)
