Безупречное исполнение. Отличный звук. Пробирает до костей. Ну и само произведение - шедевр.

Я с Осетии. Блин обожаю Свиридова, обожаю этого дирижёра. Вам Игорь уважение за оркестр, за труд, за талант. Смешно звучит, но у меня в плейлисте наши кавказские ритмы и российские-советские композиторы. Не знаю кто этот парень на скрипке, но он лев. Me and my wife are both musicians, but we never heard about Sviridov: he was an incredible discover, beautiful! Thank you to put on the net this wanderful execution, which demonstrate one more timme that russian culture and music are great and in the west it is shamely unknown. Spassiba!!!

This piece is such a hidden gem. Very powerful intro. The two pieces in the beginning are fantastic. And I love the fact Sviridov goes back to the original theme at the end.

Sviridov is almost completely unknown in the usa and, I suspect, almost everywhere else outside of the Russian Federation. Years ago I heard a syndicated radio program, Performance Today, play "Time, Forward." That is the only time I have heard Sviridov on a national radio broadcast here. "The Snowstorm" is a marvelous piece that audiences everywhere would enjoy. Thanks for posting and All the Best from a listener in Washington, DC

This is Russian music to the point of goosebumps. She is as Russian as possible. Powerful, gentle, disturbing and fatalistic like a snowstorm itself.
