Electronic Adjudication explained

Maricopa County is using new technology to improve the way ballots are counted and election results are reported. This video explains how electronic adjudication can improve the voter experience.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Currently, when a person’s vote on a single ballot contest is unclear, county adjudication boards are asked to duplicate entire paper ballots. This is time-consuming. A new Arizona law, signed in 2020, authorizes counties to use elections systems that are more efficient. They allow bipartisan adjudication boards to review only the contests in question rather than duplicating an entire ballot. The legislation also creates more accountability by requiring audit marks which are made on a digital image and can be tracked back to each bi-partisan board. The goal is to make sure ballots are counted accurately and as quickly as possible.

In Antrim County, Michigan, all of the adjudication files for the 2020 election are missing. Just one of the findings in the report released Monday.

People got handed out sharpies on purpose, so THEY could ADJUDICATE = MAKE THEIR OWN VOTE FOR

"a bipartisan board needs to review..." does that mean kick out the republican watchers, board up the windows and "Fix" enough votes to give Biden a win?

Here is an idea, NO ADJUDICATION. In Georgia the board of elections adjudicated 90% of a batch over 100, 000. Why would you need to do that many? Why?

Dominion Voting Systems. Interesting choice. Just in time for the 2020 Election. Question, does the software require 2 logins (bi-partisan) for the adjudication process? Is it possible for a single person to adjudicate ballots. Is it possible to bypass the audit log with a super admin account? Is it possible to access this feature from a remote location using the internet? Were sharpie markers passed out to increase the number of adjudicated ballots? These questions need answered.

so does the machine then "print" a corrected ballot with a perfect bubble?

Transparent election must not meant transparent ballot count.

I remember seeing people counting ballots without bipartisan oversight. How can you say in this video there was bipartisan review?

This shows that anyone who has control of a Dominion voting machine can change the vote in the Adjudication function. Just like the report by Russell Ramsland said.

Except Maricopa County FAILED to provide a bipartisan oversight board at the County Elections office, and instead utilized their two Dominion Employees that they decided to hire permanently and allow them 24/7 access to the building with the voting equipment. NICE OVERSIGHT MARICOPA COUNTY! Don't say this is BS, your own Department officials STATE this was their mistake to assign this duty to Dominion employees during a past County Supervisors meeting, streamed and recorded by ME!

Were these "bipartisan" boards vetted at all? How many ballots were "adjudicated" in this county in 2020?

What is the percentage of ballots sent to adjudication in Maricopa (or Arizona)?

How who and when do the public get to see the scanned copy and how it was adjudicated.
All scanned copies should have been available already.

The voter should be the one to "correct" any ballot.
