Congress must go with the agenda of caste based census.

As an OBC I won't caste census and increase in reservation. It's leading to huge brain drain in the country. It's time creamy layer to be introduced among all sections of the society so that only deprived will get reservation benefits

According to some records.. about 42% of households in India did not have toilets in 2014...which is after more than 5 decades of congress rule in India..Can you guess who were facing the blunt of these uncomfortable and embarassing situation...Most likely it must have been the poorer people .likely to be caste linked...and some others as well..Of course those who suffered the most humiliation were girls and women...It took a person ..who had his roots on the ground in India. to realise this problem ...and to take steps to overcome it..Similarly with women using firewood to cook..without cooking gas...or bureaucrats skimming govt financial help extended to farmers and other recipients..because money does not go directly to them...I don't think I have to tell you who that person with his foot on the ground

This bogey that OBC is traditionally is congress voter is utter rubbish, congress as the party is the party of land Owners, upper Caste, Sc and Muslims. look at the CM congress had in several states, Rajasthan Even Mr Gehlot's Caste is not totally lined up behind him, bcz they are traditionally BJP voters, The Not land-owning OBC i.e. the real OBCS were always with the BJP, whereas the land-owning ones are with congress. it also harms Congress, and one thing that Raajdeep has to forget That OBC reservation is based on backward ness not purely on caste BCz if it is implemented only on caste percentage then there will be no representation of the real obc, bcz the land owners is in relatively high numbers in each state.
