It was a bonehead move to tell people not to work and don't pay rent in the first place. Did they not understand at some point this program will end?

Low and no income Americans are not getting rental, electricity and heat assistance. Who's really pocketing the help Americans are struggling.HRA give struggling Americans the help they entitle too and not partial benefits. I am still waiting for my August snap benefits it's past due.

A lot of these landlords like to Rosemont University Park Apartments these landlords are taking the money and not fixing the apartments that people live in there’s roaches bacteria appliances that don’t work over two years a lot of black mold and they’re receiving all this money and not fixing anything doors windows no lights whatsoever in the breezeway or in the parking lot on the southside then there is no police officer there’s a lot of crime a lot of people are disable and they don’t have access to things it’s under San Antonio and Housing and private property so it’s two people running this property inspections from San Antonio and Housing are not passing better not helping people move somewhere else when they don’t have no money to pay the rent but the rent has increased $200 for three bedroom on a fixed income is 1200 there’s no way people on disability can pay for this imagine what a two bedroom or one bedroom classes they start at $800 on up when it wasn’t like this but they are collecting this money and raising the rent and making it very hard for a lot of people to live bills are not included someone needs to check into this property and find out where all this money is go I get San Antonio and Housing to help a lot of these people move out into another area a lot of them are Living there without no vouchers anymore because their apartment did not pass but they don’t have money tomorrow so someone needs to step up and do something about it where is the damn man where is San Antonio housing

Yeah when our renters gonna have to buy an insurance policy that they pay for that protects us landlords for our property it is worth a lot of money one months deposit doesn’t even cover the replacement other one is it didn’t come in and then when you’re home put nails in your walls destroy your house your friends move in what if they break their arm and get sick and can’t pay the phrase destroy your house try to get a judgment on these people you can’t collect nothing they don’t even make enough money to Everett and pay you back and then he cost lawyers for that what about an infection they’re making contacts at six to $8000 for a lawyer why do we wanna do this anymore they need to get an insurance policy that renters have to pay at least that way they wouldn’t have to pay the damage deposit and last months rent because it detected by Insurance policy I don’t think subsidize housing is going to help forever either because that come from us taxpayers too bad I guess
