What is the material you've used ? 2k ? Sandox ? And any warranty on the paint for fading or peeling or dullness also what's the warranty on ceramic coating ?

Spending a few 100s on safety gear for your employees won't hurt your business. Paint is harmful to lungs, it will hurt them in the long run. Please insist on safety with respirators, gloves, and eye protection.
