My Teenage daughter had an history of being dishonest and always lie about her whereabout. I got a software program from John and it has helped to resolve some of those issues and build our trust. The favorite feature is that we can see her location and GPS points and we are able to compare that to the texts she is sending to us about her location and I didn’t really have any problems setting it, I did contact the support with a couple of questions after and they were fast and I haven't used another product but I don't know why I would!
