Pet Giant African Millipede

This is my awesome giant millipede Archispirostreptus gigas from Africa, named Millie (original right!?). These can be tricky to sex but I think it's a female. She's about 10 inches long. These were once common in the pet hobby but they are now becoming harder to obtain. Strict import regulations (because of mites that live on them) and difficulty in breeding them are mostly why.

I have her housed in a Sterlite container with a substrate blend of compost, sand, and dry oak leaves.

I love millipedes, they're like long giant pill bugs to me. And they're usually so gentle. Centipedes however, make me want to set myself on fire.

what do you feed jungle trains. Can you feed them cedar leaves? There are no oak or sycamore trees nearby that I know of
