I think some of the snobs in the comments section comparing Tyros 5 to a Hammond B3 tonewheel organ
are completely missing the point, this keyboard is not meant in any way shape or form to completely
replace a tonewheel organ but for a keyboard player the organ flutes make for emulating the experience and
sound respectfully and it's still better than being stuck with just presets that you cannot modify. Some home
organs from the 1980s including the Elka X-1000 also have simulated drawbars so we have had synthesized
drawbar organs on digital home organs, synthesizer/workstations and arranger keyboards many years before
Tyros and also many organ VST instruments. We know it's not quite the same as the real deal but why shouldn't
keyboard players be allowed to settle for the next best thing?

About my opinion the Organ concert church kind are beautiful and expecially Pipe full organ voice is irresistible and has a ready gooseskin effect listening to it. I've felt this sense and I must consider and make an applause to this player to have choosen a classical piece to recreate perfectly a real church atmosphere!!!! And this version at 76 keys of Tyros 5 permit to obtain in lower part of keyboard, the same sounds of a pedal board. It's lovely and What will be the result playing in layer mode combining the Full pipe with human choir???? It should less only the 🔔🔔🔔🔔

Its very strange that seeing that Yamaha don't have a competitor to Hammond / Nord that they didn't put more into coding a better "Vintage" mode of Organ World. The Euro Mode is such beutifull emulation of the Versi Sound and the Classical section is absolutely amazing, Some of the best church organ sounds you can get. And as good as they are just as bad is the vintage mode. It sounds good, but no of the settings sound anyway near a classical Hammond tonewheel organ.

So the Euro organ is another take on the Hammond? They sound the same or very close. Is it basically the contrast represented by the Sine/Vintage tab on the PSR-S950 (& every PSR before that offered or 'organ flutes')?

Eigenlijk alleen de concert orgels klinken beter dan op mijn Moxf jammer dat Yamaha ze alleen in de Tyros heeft gestopt.

Hammond sounds like a 10 years old keyboards! If you want an hammond sound you must use a serious clone like mojo.

Certainly wouldn't dash out to buy a Tyros. Some of the voices are very very poor imitations of actual instruments. My Casio CTK5000 knocks spots off this, despite its age, but NOTHING beats a traditional organ, and I yearn for the return of instruments like the King of organs, the Yamaha AR100 and similar home organs. Sure, if you can afford Lowreys, then they are good, but the price kills them.
