Man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart. It does not matter what David looks like, but the powerful, living words that come out of his mouth.

Through David's poetry, I'm starting to understand the reality that God intends for us to not spend our lives searching out personal enjoyment, but to live for others. Bringing his love and goodness to the world. To truly give ourselves up to his will. His work is amazing. Hands down my favorite spoken word artist.
