“I’m not weird, I’m respectful” followed by the side eye really got me! 😂🤪

This young lady is the best! She is so considerent and knowledgeable about her "culture" very early in her young life and helping others understand is commendable!!😊

I've learned ASL for the past 13 years...like she said..
She is being nice to "hearing" people. She is trying to communicate to hearing people the best way she can with interpreted sign that a hearing person may understand without knowing ASL...

I had breakfast outside one morning with my family. And at the other corner on the same table with us at the restaurant another guest alone talking with the waiter telling his order with sign.
And I noticed that he is also like Kylee.
So when payment bill, without he noticed, I paid that "sign talk guy" .

When we were about leave the restaurant on our car, that guy was come and chasing us and give the same sign like Kylee to express his thanks to me for playing his breakfast....
Soo touching the way he expressed his thanks.❤

this reminds me of when i went to hersheys chocolate world and the lady assigning us to our seats was HOH/deaf(cant remember which 1) and had a sign out about it, but she was very overwhelmed with people so i quick signed “thank you” as i was walking away and, i think she saw it because she looked so happy.. i wish i couldve stopped to thank her properly, signing and all, but it was a very busy day haha. i just hope she saw my efforts ❤️ always try to be accommodating

I absolutely adore her 😊 My Sister was born deaf, doctor's said she'd never walk, talk or hear...( Back in 1969 ) My grandma worked w her every day, she walks, talks and hears ( with hearing aids) I used to get so jealous, when we were young and get into trouble, my Sister would always turn off her hearing aids so she didn't have to hear Grandma hollering at us 😂 These videos you guys share with us hold such a beautiful place in my heart. Brings me back to when my Sister was her age, thank you for being so amazing and inspirational!
