Ottawa is very dull during the winter, but it is enjoyable in the summer. There are many places like Calypso for example.

As a former Ottawa resident, I strongly disagree, tons to do year round, winter is especially fun with winter festivals, skiing close by and the Rideau canal skating. One of the reasons why I moved there!

I moved to Ottawa to go to grad school. Fell in love with the city.French schools for the kids, beautiful parks and rivers. Clean. Yes, it is freezing in Winter. Yes you can survive if you dress for it. Come visit!! 🇨🇦

Ottawa union station was the conference center, they moved it out of the downtown to force people to drive CARS. GENIUS!!🚂😤

Ottawa is the best place to raise kids, it's clean and people are nice...we have a lot of festicals in the summer...so just don't come see us...we like our little home.
