Congratulations on your new home. Check your local thrift stores for used furniture. Many thrift store finds can be refinished. As talented as you are, I feel certain you would do an awesome job. Even chairs can be reupholstered. Just a thought!

I totally agree with not spending too much on furniture. Our reality is, what we like changes over time. It’s a lot easier to replace, change-up, furniture when you haven’t spent so much on the pieces. We are in our mid-50s and we still like to replace our furniture now and again. As your body ages, what may be comfortable in your 40s may not feel as good 10+ years later.

304. You aware doing the right thing waiting until you move in your house and get a feel for it. I have furniture in the attic packed up. It just didn’t fit it look right. All wood pieces can be thrifted and redone, added to and polished to make it what you wanted.. You are talented and you will prevail.

For the duckie and relax bath towels they have at least 2 other styles. And they also have matching shower curtains. 🛁🚿 💧They also have the bath mats but they are a neutral color with just the matching words on them. They don't have the different colors or designs / patterns on them. 🏠🏡 congrats to u and matt on ur new home. Cant wait for the new house tour and the new diys. Yay. Fantastic dt haul. Tfs. 💟
