It comes with the standard micro usb cable with a charger adapter, just like shown in the video.
Of course you will be able to charge it like any other phone by cable

If you mean the inductive wireless charging dock, I believe they will be selling it separately as an accessory.

It makes the screen bigger without making the phone bigger (to make place for separate buttons). And it dynamically add fourth button (menu) for support of old apps with no action bar. And when it really meters - like when watching videos - the buttons disappear.

Well, your phone has to be unlocked, which may void your warranty unless you buy the nexus straight from the play store. But basically you'll have to flash a rom on your device to make the navigation buttons different. You can search how on google, since there are many different roms that you can customize to.

I'm fairly sure every phone has the option to turn of mobile data/cell data/whatever which means if you use your wifi you wont be charged
