Idk why their choice of design is so different for the adventure's face and why doesn't it get a facelift because it looks ugly to me.

Simply put older GS from BMW looks better from the front due to its headlamp design. But compare the BMW GS 450 which is just unveiled with the KTM adventure 1390 and you will immediately like the GS look more and it looks premium and a stunner as well.

On the other hand they do a great job with the looks of the Duke series. ❤
