Honestly in my opinion if you are over trading it simply means that you have not fully made an end to end process to complete the entire picture.
I have come across a peculiar situation when a good liquid stock has moved up 300 % without a base in a bear market !
Somebody doing over trading would have actually caught that.
And the fellows catching stocks early are possibly over trading ing sometimes.
You need a process when not to trade
