For the benefit of all my new followers, this is my absolute go-to smoothie at the moment! And I’m having it EVERY MORNING without fail - and even while we’ve been down in the den filming, I’ve got myself a blender down here and I’ve got my fridge fully stocked and ready to go!

There’s only 4 ingredients… fruit (I’m enjoying this with a pear most mornings but berries are just as good) then a big dollop of peanut butter (this @manilife_ one is my favourite) then a heaped teaspoon of cacao (again this one from @foodthoughtsuk is the best in my opinion!) and then topped up with almond milk (and my insta community recommended I use Plenish and it’s great)

And the reason I’m starting my day with this every day is to get loads of fibre into my diet - I’m following @stevebennettmhp ’s fibre first plan from his new book and I’ve been reading up on all the amazing benefits of having fibre first - and following that principle alongside cutting right down on my sugar and doing lots of exercise has been my key to losing weight recently (cos I know loads of you have been asking what I’ve been doing!)
