I feel your pain. Still recovering from Covid. I had to pull out of a 68k Beach Ultra run and a 120k Ultra trail in 3 weeks because I lost so much fitness now.

Don’t make the mistake of starting to train too early. A bonus would to check the heart for any inflammation

Frankfurt will be class but am gutted for you that you can't do Texas. No doubt Ironman Wales is on the cards now for September as well?
