I hope the constantly need to close and reopen requirement for whiteboards to function as well as collaboration issues are addressed before this update. I love clickup and have been using it in my own company and when I moved to another company we also moved to clickup there. I love how you bring everything in one place and it's a dream for managers and executives but you should also consider specialists which will be handling the other aspects. For example for designers, it should be as robust as notion to be considered an alternative for constant document creation. For project managers it should be as robust as Jira (btw it is in terms of task management I like it). For managers to create a flowchart for a project plan it needs to be as robust as miro to collaborate. For chat to be used it should be as good as Slack.

I assume it is pretty hard. But without addressing those issues the other improvements are I believe not reaching their potential. I love clickup but it is tiring to hear better alternatives for specific use cases on a constant basis.

Alternatively you can make importing stuff better. If we can use miro to collaborate on the flowchart and import it to clickup to create tasks that is much better then having to use clickup for flowchart creation too if that functionality is not as good enough.

Clickup shines when you use it instead of multiple tools and it is often perfect. But for people that are only using 1 or 2 tools within the entire pool of tools a company uses, it sometimes lack behind causing a bad reception for teams.

I mean this may not be the right place to raise those concerns but hope lands in the screens of the related people.
